East Peoria home tops Tazewell County's 10 priciest for February

January was notable regarding Tazewell County home sales because all of the 10 most expensive homes sold that month were under the national median home price.

February was somewhat more active for high-end Tazewell County home purchases, with two homes selling for more than the U.S. Census Bureau’s estimated national median cost of $420,700.
