Early voting begins today: Where to take part in Jefferson and Oldham counties

Election season is here!  Kentucky’s primary is on May 21, but early voting begins this week.

Early voting lasts for three days.

  • Thursday, May 16

  • Friday, May 17

  • Saturday, May 18

Voters do not need a reason to vote early, but only those voters registered with a party are able to vote in that party's primary.

Jefferson County

The following early-voting locations in Jefferson County are open 8 a.m-6 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday:

Early voting will be available at the John Black Community Center, 1551 N. Highway 393, La Grange.

Thursday, May 16: 8 a.m-6 p.m.

Friday, May 17: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Saturday, May 18: 6 a.m.-2 p.m
