Dunkin’ Donuts to open new Baton Rouge store, brand bought $1.5M property near LSU
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A popular donut shop is returning to Baton Rouge years after closing its last location here. Dunkin’ Donuts will have a new home near the LSU campus.
According to Charlie Colvin, a realtor at Momentum Commercial Real Estate, the new Dunkin’ Donuts will be in a 7,600-square-foot multitenant retail property at the corner of W. Lee and Frog Aly near the Arlington Creek Centre.
The owner of the property, Asterrone LLC, sold the one-acre tract of land to Tasty Delites Southeast LLC, for $1.5 million, according to court documents. The sale was finalized March 13, 2024.

Tasty Delites Southeast is a member of the Tasty Restaurants Group that owns brands such as Burger King, Baskin-Robbins, Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell.
An estimated opening date is not yet available but according to Colvin, construction is expected to begin in a few months.
