Duchess Kate 'highly unlikely' to be well enough to take Prince George to his first day of school

Prince George is set to start his first day of school tomorrow, but it's "highly unlikely" that his mother Duchess Kate will be able to drop him off on his big day, according to a royal source.
Kensington Palace announced earlier this week that the 35-year-old royal is pregnant with baby No. 3 and that she's been suffering from severe morning sickness that plagued her first two pregnancies. The condition, known as Hyperemesis gravidarum, affects about one in every 200 pregnancies and results in severe nausea, dehydration, and low blood pressure.
"As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today," the statement said.
A previous Kensington Palace statement released last week revealed the original plan for George's first day at St. Thomas's Battersea: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, accompanying Prince George, will be met on arrival at the school by the Head of Lower School, Helen Haslem, who will then escort Their Royal Highnesses to Prince George's reception classroom."
Unfortunately, it seems as if plans have changed due to Kate's condition.
"The Duchess wanted more than anything to be there. It's a big day for her son. But she has been really very sick this week," the source added.
She was also forced to pull out of two public engagements on Monday and Tuesday.

Earlier this week, Prince William spoke publicly about Kate's pregnancy for the first time, revealing that "there's not much sleep going on at the moment."
