Urologist Dr. Jennifer Berman and Plastic Surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon agree that apple cider vinegar can have health benefits – when taken by mouth or a little on the face. But it doesn’t belong anywhere near the private parts! It’s way too acidic and irritating – it will burn delicate tissues.

ER Physician Dr. Travis Stork worries that this kind of unfounded claim can do a lot of harm. The email is so vague that it doesn’t even tell readers what to do with the vinegar!
