Drone video shows sealife, kayakers off Honeymoon Island

DUNEDIN, Fla. (WFLA) — A new drone video taken off of Honeymoon Island State Park in Dunedin shows the sealife and some kayakers enjoying the warmer weather.

WFLA viewer John Yanchoris showed off the beautiful waters in Pinellas County with his drone, packed with plenty of sunshine, a few beachgoers, and some animals.

As the waters warm up, more people and sea animals are expected to pack the beaches as the county expects many tourists for Spring Break.

Residents and visitors are asked to not step on or around the dunes at some beaches, as Pinellas County is conducting a series of small shoreline restoration projects.
