Four people were killed, and 12 others injured in Russia’s overnight Shahed kamikaze drone attack on Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on April 4.

One person was killed, and several apartments destroyed when one drone struck a 14-story apartment, he said.

Three rescuers were killed during a rescue after a second wave of drones struck, Terekhov added.
