Driver killed in two-car crash in Fairfax County

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A man was killed in a car crash in the early hours of Thursday in Fairfax County.

Officers were on the scene of a two-car crash just after 2 a.m. on Route 286 and Ox Road in Fairfax Station. One driver was pronounced dead at the hospital. The man driving the other car was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Arlington couple’s deaths ruled homicide-suicide

Rt. 286 Southbound was closed between Burke Center Parkway and Ox Rd. for about two hours – it has since reopened.
