Driver charged with DUI after vehicle goes over Cumberland County embankment

WORMLEYSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Dauphin County man is facing charges after a vehicle went over an embankment earlier this month in Wormleysburg.

East Pennsboro Township Police say on March 3 at 3:44 a.m. officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on North Front Street. Police say the vehicle crashed into a light police and rolled over an embankment.

Police say the driver, identified as John Graves of Steelton, appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Graves is now facing charges including DUI and recklessly endangering another person, according to East Pennsboro Township Police.
