1. If your anxieties relate to education, drink red wine

Twirl red wine around in your glass as you list off everything you know about Russian literature to comfort your fears that the system will never provide equal education for everyone.

2. If you're worried about social issues, Ice someone you love

Social issues bumming you out? Focus on the good times with friends by forcing someone to get on their knee and drink an entire Smirnoff Ice.

You're going to need all the vitamins you can get.

4. If you're anxious about climate change, fill up a reusable glass with beer from a keg

BERLIN, GERMANY - NOVEMBER 12: A bartender at Hops & Barley brewpub pours a pint of beer on November 12, 2013 in Berlin, Germany. In a country known for centuries for its beer, several microbreweries have opened within the past year that are not only bending traditional rules on the types of ingredients used, opting for American-style hops such as Amarillo and Cascade instead of German ones, but also moving beyond the official legal doctrine, known as the Reinheitsgebot, or 'German Beer Purity Law,' which stated that water, barley and hops were the only ingredients allowed in the production of the beverage. While the law has since been expanded, it continues to be referenced on beer bottles for marketing purposes. (Photo by Adam Berry/Getty Images)

There won't be that much waste.

5. If you are worried the economy will only get worse, drink anything you can get for free

Time to start saving money.

6. If you're afraid that there will be fewer tax breaks for the wealthy, have some very old fancy scotch

Stay secretive. No one will even know you're drinking alcohol.

8. If you think we're all going to die, it's time for tequila shots

Lean into it. Live for today.

9. If you have no anxiety at all, have a big warm bucket of milk

BOZEAT, UNITED KINGDOM - AUGUST 16: Dairy farmer Haydn James prepares milk to feed calves at Newlands Farm on August 16, 2015 in Bozeat, England. Newlands Farm Bozeat has 138 cows and is part of Arla Milk Link, a group of over 1,500 farmers that supplies 1.2 billion litres of milk annually to the Arla Foods cooperative. The price farmers are paid for milk has fallen by a 25 percent over the past year, with many being paid less than the cost of production. Following crisis talks with farming unions, supermarkets Aldi and Lidl have announced that they will begin to pay a minimum of 28 pence per litre from Monday with Morrisons pledging to pay 26 pence per litre from later in the month. Seriously, how are you so calm?

10. If you just feel really anxious, like every single time you think about the election, and not even really for a specific reason anymore, just like, the entire thing is really weighing on you, so much so that you've been thinking about doing yoga or seeing a therapist or cutting off all your hair??? Drink a cup of tea and go to bed

HARROGATE, ENGLAND - FEBRUARY 12: A waitress pours tea at Bettys Tea Room, Harlow Carr on February 12, 2009 in Harrogate, England. The family owned company Taylors of Harrogate have been producing it's blends of teas and coffee since 1886 and serving it's products at the famous and traditional Bettys Tea Shops. Despite recent increases in the price of tea and the surge of coffee shops, the 'cuppa' is proving to be as popular as ever with bookings in Britain's discerning tea rooms being made weeks in advance. Consumption also increases during a recession as tea lovers take solace drinking tea. (Photo by Christopher Furlong/Getty Images)
