From dirty martinis to gin and tonics, we've collected the classics that you can pair with an old-school T.V. dinner or a fancy feast. Whether you prefer a more sophisticated aperitif for Betty or a traditional drink for Don, these cocktails will ring-in the new season of "Mad Men" in high style.
2 oz Louis Royer Force 53 VSOP Cognac
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Peychaud bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/4 oz Absinthe
Measure all ingredients except absinthe into an old fashioned glass, and stir. In a separate old fashioned glass, pack glass with shaved ice to chill. Then add absinthe and swirl to coat interior of glass. Discard excess absinthe. Strain cocktail into absinthe rinsed glass and garnish with lemon peel and zest.

1 oz Campari
1 oz Wild Turkey 101 Rye Whiskey
¾ oz Ruby Port
5 drops of Orange Blossom Water
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
Stir all ingredients, except orange blossom water, in a mixing glass briefly. Add 5 drops orange blossom water over ice in rocks glass. Strain liquid in mixing glass into rocks glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon and an orange half-wheel.

1 oz Campari
1 oz 12 Year Old Jamaican Rum
¾ oz Bianco Vermouth
In a mixing glass, add Campari, rum, vermouth to ice. Stir, strain, and serve up with an orange twist.

Food Republic's The Tuxedo (No. 2) Cocktail
2 ounces Plymouth Gin
3/4 ounces Dolin Dry Vermouth
1/4 ounces Luxardo Maraschino
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine ingredients (except absinthe) in a chilled mixing glass and stir with ice for 15 seconds. Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with Absinthe and then discard the excess. Strain stirred ingredients into chilled coupe and serve. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Ketel One Dirty Martini
1 1/2 ounces Ketel One Vodka
1/4 ounces olive brine
Pour Ketel One and olive brine into shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain in chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 olives.

The Barefoot "Mad Men" Memento
2 oz. Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon
0.5 oz. Crème de Cacao
0.5 oz. cherry liqueur
Combine liquids in snifter glass. Optional: Garnish with single brandied cherry skewered and placed across top of snifter glass.

Southern Living's Satsuma Old-Fashioned
1 cup Satsuma-Cello
1/2 cup whiskey
4 dashes Angostura bitters
4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2 cups ice
2 cups club soda
Mix Satsuma-Cello, whiskey, Angostura bitters, and Peychaud's bitters in a pitcher. Stir in ice and club soda.

Health's Royal Gin and Tonic
4 lime wedges
1 1/3 cups gin
2 cups tonic water
4 cups ice cubes
1 cup Champagne
Skewered lime wedges
Place 4 glasses in the freezer to chill. Before serving, rub the inside of each glass with a lime wedge. For each drink, pour 1/3 cup gin, 1/2 cup tonic water, and 1 cup ice cubes in a martini shaker. Shake once or twice. Strain into a glass just until the liquid is about 2 inches below the brim (do not overfill). Top each cocktail with 1/4 cup Champagne. Serve immediately with skewered lime wedges.
