Drew McIntyre's WWE contract has been the subject of much speculation in recent months, with reports that he's yet to resign with the company despite his deal being up in April.
Now McIntyre has addressed the speculation himself, refusing to confirm whether or not he has reached a new deal.
Speaking on The Ringer's Masked Men podcast, McIntyre said: "It's very important to me, having a new contract. It's been talked about for a very long time on the internet.

"I'm not the only one whose contract comes up every few years or whatever, but you would think it, reading the internet.
"There is nothing I can say right now. I can say that I'm having fun. I can say that I intend to continue having fun and I'm in my prime. I'm younger than everyone thinks I am because I've been around for such a long time," he added.
"I have years to go. No matter what, you'll still see Drew McIntyre wrestling. I can say 'or Drew Galloway' and that would get everyone's attention."
McIntyre is set to challenge Seth Rollins on Night Two of WrestleMania XL for the World Heavyweight Championship.

He was first signed to WWE back in 2007, after wrestling on the Scottish independent scene under his real name Drew Galloway.
McIntyre was released by WWE in 2014 after falling down the card and ending up in the 3MB faction. He was then able to rebuild his career on the indies in both the UK and US, as well as working for TNA.
In 2017 McIntyre found his way back to WWE, first becoming NXT Champion before landing back on the main roster in 2018. He won the WWE Championship for the first time on Night Two of WrestleMania 36 in 2020, defeating Brock Lesnar.
