Double homicide suspect in custody, victims identified

UPDATE: The Lansing Police Department has identified the homicide victims as Jason McKenzie, 50 and Christine Cambric, 53.

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Lansing Police confirm Dennis “Josh” Whaley is now in custody. Whaley was wanted in connection with a double homicide that happened Thursday evening.

The two people, a 50-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman, were killed Thursday on the 500 block of Woodrow Avenue in Lansing.
