Donnie Yen still takes care of ex-wife and son
7 Nov – They may have ended their marriage but it was revealed that Donnie Yen is still taking care of his ex-wife and their teenage son.
As reported on TVB Newsworld website, a tabloid reported that the "Ip Man" actor had presented his former wife with a HKD 10 million mansion and has been giving a HKD 50,000 monthly living allowance to them.
During a BMW event that was held recently, Donnie made no confirmation about the report but only stated that his former wife and son are not in the entertainment business and hoped that the media would give them space to carry on with their lives.
The actor stated, "It is my natural responsibility as a father. I appreciate my ex-wife for taking care of our son over the years."
Meanwhile, it was also revealed that his current wife Cissy Wang is also very supportive of what he is doing and also contributed by holding various family gathering with all his children.
