Donald Trump mocks Jets owner Woody Johnson after heartbreaking loss

Real-estate magnate Donald Trump tweaked fellow billionaire Woody Johnson on Monday after the football team he owns, the New York Jets, saw its playoff hopes dashed the day before.
The Jets lost 22-17 to the Buffalo Bills in a Monday game that featured the New York team throwing three interceptions in the last 11 minutes, according to The New York Times. That put them out of the playoffs for the fifth consecutive season.
The Republican front-runner even boasted that the Jets would have made the playoffs if Johnson were supporting his presidential campaign. Instead, Trump noted, Johnson has backed former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R):
Woody Johnson, owner of the NYJets, is @JebBush’s finance chairman. If Woody would’ve been w/me, he would’ve been in the playoffs, at least!

Trump hasn't always been so down on Johnson, however:
Major grudge match this weekend between @nyjets & @Patriots. I have a dilemma, I am good friends w/ both Woody (cont) http://t.co/latxc1K9

Woody Johnson's comments that he would rather have @MittRomney win the election than his @nyjets win games shows real patriotism.

Very successful fund raising for @MittRomney yesterday. Good to see my friend Woody Johnson.
