Donald Trump has demanded that incumbent President Joe Biden take a drug test before they go head-to-head in two upcoming Presidential debates, hosted by CNN and ABC News, respectively.

Trump alleged that Biden was "high as a kite" in his State of the Union address, although he didn't state if he would also subject himself to one.

Ahead of their agreed-upon presidential election debates on June 27 with CNN and September 10 with ABC, Trump has insisted that Biden take a drug test to be certain he is following the rules.

The presumptive Republican party nominee referenced the incumbent's State of the Union address, alleging that Biden had used performance-enhancing drugs as he was "high as a kite" when he delivered the speech.

"I just want to debate this guy, but you know – and I'm gonna demand a drug test too, by the way," Trump said during a speech at a GOP dinner in St. Paul, Minnesota, per the New York Post.

He continued, "I am. No, I really am. I don't want him coming in like the State of the Union. He was high as a kite. We're going to demand a drug test."

Elsewhere, the billionaire politician shared his thoughts on the networks hosting the debates, noting, "They're going to be fair, I think they're going to be fair enough."

Trump raised questions over Biden's physical fitness to debate him and also lashed out at CNN's Jake Tapper, who is billed to moderate the June 27 debate alongside Dana Bash.

The former president claimed that the Democratic Party candidate was not fit to take him on as he pressed for the drug test to be undertaken.

"If he makes it through the debate, they'll say it was the finest debate performance in history," Trump said of Biden, per Politico.

"Remember that idiot from CNN?" Trump said during his speech, slamming Tapper. "Oh I shouldn't say that, I'm doing a debate with them, they'll be slightly tougher. I have 'Fake Tapper' as the…" he added, stopping himself from saying more.

Trump has repeatedly accused CNN of being biased against him as his relationship with the news outlet has tanked over the years.

MAGA Claims The Upcoming Debate Is 'Rigged'

The ex-president's supporters are angry over the upcoming CNN-hosted presidential debate, taking to social media to claim that it has been rigged to favor Biden.

Trump's daughter-in-law Lara spoke to Fox News on Wednesday about her opinion on the debate. She said, "It's rigged so heavily in Joe Biden's favor, but everything always is. You've got Hollywood against Donald Trump, you've got the music industry against Donald Trump, mainstream media, and even the judicial system at this point."

Sean Hannity of Fox News also criticized CNN's choice of debate moderators, Tapper and Bash, especially Tapper. During his conversation with Lara, Hannity said he was upset about "fake Jake" being chosen as a moderator.

He said, "Tapper is a radical, left-wing partisan talk show host that masquerades as a journalist. They're trying to collude—the media mob and Joe Biden. They get to dictate all the rules, and Donald Trump gets no say. That's not fair."

Another debate critic, former Republican presidential race contender Vivek Ramaswamy, also posted his opinion. He tweeted: "Call me cynical, but why is Biden suddenly so willing to debate? It could be because he's desperate, or it could be because it's a setup. Keep an eye on the details of how all this comes together. You don't often see a sudden 180 like this unless there's more to the story."

Donald Trump Leads Joe Biden In Five Key States

It remains to be seen what impact the outcome of both legs of the debate will have on the November elections, but Trump is scoring a victorious outing in five key states, according to a poll conducted by The New York Times, Siena College, and The Philadelphia Inquirer.

According to the New York Times, the survey showed that there's a growing disapproval for Biden among young, Black, and Hispanic voters, largely owing to the rising cost of living and Israel's war in Gaza.

Trump was leading among registered voters in a head-to-head matchup against Biden in five key states: Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, as Biden led among registered voters in only one state, Wisconsin.

According to the news outlet, Nearly 40 percent of Trump's supporters said that the economy or the cost of living was the most important issue in the election.

The polls offer no indication as to the outcome of the election but show that the young, Black, and Hispanic voters want a fundamental shake-up of American society and not just a return to normalcy, something only a few allegedly believe Biden will offer.

The former president briefly took time away from politics and his legal woes to attend the high school graduation ceremony of his youngest son, Barron.

Trump was joined by his wife, Melania, and his father-in-law, Victor Knavs, as they watched the 6foot7 teenager enjoy his big day at Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach.

The former president and his family attended the event under the watchful eyes of US Marshalls and deputies from the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office, with two snipers stationed above the announcer's box, per the DailyMail.

Dressed in a dark suit, white shirt, and blue tie, Trump took to the front seat of the bleachers next to Melania, who wore a navy blazer and a straw hat.

The ceremony began with the MC welcoming parents and graduates after being treated to a performance of America The Beautiful by the school choir.

"I want to give a special welcome to the President and Mrs. Trump," the MC added, drawing a round of applause from the congregation.
