Dog bakery announces new location in Power & Light District

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A well-known dog bakery is adding a location in downtown Kansas City in the Power & Light District.

Three Dog Bakery will add a location in the Power & Light District later this year in a space located at 1360 Main Street. This will be the bakery’s fifth location in the Kansas City metro.

“We are thrilled to be opening our new flagship location in the heart of downtown Kansas City and look forward to meeting all the downtown dogs and their parents when we open later this year,” Joe Dent, president of franchising and corporate bakeries at Three Dog Bakery, said.

The new location will offer Three Dog Bakery’s premium dog treats, including maple bacon pancakes and ice cream-flavored treat lines.

The store will also carry seasonal items, gourmet dog pastries, and specialty cakes that can be personalized.

People living within the Power & Light District can also look forward to a delivery service straight to their front door.

“We have so many pets that live throughout our residential buildings, including the Three Dog Bakery owners’ pets themselves, making this Three Dog Bakery location in the heart of downtown a perfect fit,” president of the Kansas City Power & Light District John Moncke said.

The location will also have full-service grooming and a self-service dog washing station.
