Time to add yet another baby to the Duggar brood on TLC's "19 Kids and Counting." This time it's baby No. 3 for Josh and Anna, and it's not going to be an easy ride, literally.
In this exclusive sneak peek at Sunday's episode, the couple; Josh's mom, Michelle; and their doula, Mrs. Query, all hop into their SUV for an hourlong ride to Anna's midwife's house while the 24-year-old is in labor, and she's not sure that she can hold the baby until they get there. The fact that her husband, Josh, wants to "do some fancy driving" isn't helping. "I think Anna is going to feel better if you don't do too fancy driving, Josh. I think it's a stressful moment," says Mrs. Query while holding Anna's hand in the back seat.

This baby doesn't seem to want to wait. "I could be totally wrong, but I think I'm feeling a pressure. It's not the head coming out, but I just think it might be moving south," says Anna while clearly attempting to stave off her pain and stay calm by praying. "Dear God, please keep the baby until we get to Miss Shelly's. Dear God, please," she pleads, gripping the seat belt.
