Disneyland's Selling Funnel Cake Fries

It's no wonder a place deemed 'the happiest on Earth' would serve a dessert that taps into every sugar craving you've had - at once. Disneyland's new twist on Funnel Cake Fries are exactly that.

The churro-like tubes of fried dough are nothing new for the amusement park, which served a small cluster of fries dipped into a layered chocolate trifle as part of its "Summer of Heroes" last year. This version takes things a step further, topping an entire pile of fries with whipped cream, "Fruity cereal" (which looks a lot like Fruity Pebbles), sprinkles, and a sugar glaze. It's part state fair, part nostalgic childhood breakfast, total sugar fiend's dream come true.

Disneyland's serving Funnel Cake Fries as part of Pixar Fest, a four-and-a-half-month-long tribute to its CGI movies, like Toy Story, Up, and Finding Nemo. So far, its menu has stolen the show, as people 'gram its lemon Dole Whips, cheeseburger pizza, and Dole Whip-inspired donuts like crazy.

You can find Funnel Cake Fries at Award Wieners, a hot dog joint in Disneyland that's known for its Uptown Chili Dog and the BBQ Crunch Dog (a sausage-cheddar dog topped with barbecue sauce, cheddar jack cheese, and crispy fried onion straws).
