Disney Cruise Line reveals new cruise lineup from Florida

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — If you’re looking to plan a tropical getaway with a slice of Disney magic, Disney Cruise Line announced Thursday that four ships will sail from Florida starting next year.

Starting in the summer of 2025, Disney said three of its ships will sail from Port Canaveral and one will sail out of Fort Lauderdale.

The ships will whisk travelers away on tropical escapes to the Bahamas and Caribbean, including Disney’s island destinations, Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

Disney’s newest ship, the Disney Treasure, will offer seven-night itineraries from Port Canaveral to the Eastern and Western Caribbean.

Disney said the Eastern Caribbean trips will take passengers to Disney Castaway Cay, Tortola and St. Thomas.

Travelers on the Western Caribbean trips will visit Falmouth, Jamaica; Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico.

The week-long trips will have at least two sea days on the Disney Treasure.
