Oak Ridge area children and their parents braved a cool and misty late afternoon and night Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, to attend the Monster Mash Bash, the city's official 2021 Halloween Event. City personnel and area sponsors had ghoulish displays and booths for the children to visit. Food vendors were also on hand. It was a literal "walk in the park" in the area of the Oak Ridge Civic Center and Senior Center and their parking lots.
