Give milk a break and try dipping your cookies in hummus.

While the combination of cookies and hummus would normally sound pretty unappetizing, Delighted By has taken chick peas to a whole new level by creating an intriguing line of dessert hummus.

On the Delighted By website, founder Makenzie Marzluff describes this dessert hummus as "a totally new invention that is making the world fall in love with great food."

As of right now, dessert hummus comes in four favorite dessert flavors like Chocolate Chip, Brownie Batter, Orange-Ginger and Snickerdoodle.

The sweet spreads are 100 percent vegan, gluten-free and all natural, and though it might be hard to imagine, they're still made with chickpeas, tahini and salt — just like original hummus.

If you're still a little skeptical, check out how delicious they look on Instagram:

Delighted By's dessert hummus is currently being sold in 44 Wegman's stores, but luckily the website can alert you when Dessert Hummus arrives in a store near you.
