Deputies: Woman hospitalized after motorcycle crash near Allegan

ALLEGAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash near Allegan Sunday night, deputies say.

It happened just after 6 p.m. on 34th Street just south of 122nd Avenue. A 26-year-old Allegan woman crashed her Harley Davidson motorcycle when trying to make the curve in the road, according to the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office.

First responders rendered medical aid and then she was taken to the hospital. Deputies did not release any information on her condition.

Speed does appear to be a factor in the crash, deputies say. The Allegan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
