Dentsply says CFO William Jellison resigns

Dentsply CFO Jellison resigns; company says President-COO Clark will become new CFO

YORK, Pa. (AP) -- Dental products company Dentsply International Inc.'s chief financial officer, William Jellison, has resigned to take a similar job at medical device maker Stryker Corp.

Dentsply said Monday that President and Chief Operating Officer Chris Clark will replace Jellison as CFO. He will remain president of the company. Executive Jim Mosch will become Dentsply's new chief operating officer.

The company said Clark has been with the company since 1993 and has been its president and COO for six years. Mosch has been with the company for 19 years.
