Denham Springs man arrested, accused of extorting child porn from teens across US
DENHAM SPRINGS, La. (BRPROUD) — The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a Denham Springs man after a report of indecent behavior with juveniles.
Glenn Walter, 18, was charged with three counts of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, four counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, seven counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles and one count of possession of child pornography involving juveniles (extortion).
The LPSO Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip from the Wolcott County Police Department in Connecticut. That tip led to Walter being identified as a suspect in this case.
“Upon further investigation, it was learned Glenn was extorting child pornography from children ages 12-13 years old on social media. The victims in this case span seven other states with a total of 10 child victims — ages 12 years old to 13 years old,” said Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard.
