Register of persons liable for military service Oberih is a state tool to understand its human resources, said Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko, Suspilne reported on May 5.

“First and foremost, Oberih register is a state tool to understand human capital, for military registration of citizens and for citizens to provide feedback and understand what data state has,” she said.

Currently, only employees of draft offices enter data into Oberih.

“They are the only ones who can enter data,” deputy minister explained.

Chernohorenko said that Oberig interacts with six registries. Main task of these exchanges is to update the data of Ukrainians. These includes State Tax Service register, Ministry of Justice register, State Civil Register, Register of State Judicial Administration, register of State Border Guard Service, register of Ministry of Education and Science. It also includes information about family and death certificates.

Deputy minister noted that they plan to launch office in early June.

You can check whether a person is wanted as a draft dodger in database of draft office. To do this, you need to write your last name, first name and patronymic. And if there are such people in the system, they will see all court cases related to them.
