Mindfulness can be found in the strangest places, even on The Tonight Show.

Promoting his latest book, The Healing Self, iconic New Age and mindfulness author Deepak Chopra guided Jimmy Fallon and The Roots through a two-minute meditation on Thursday night.

Fallon was so excited by the situation that he initially couldn't sit still, but eventually he was able to close his eyes and follow the soothing sounds of Chopra's voice.
