She's been a called everything from an "angry perm," to a "hair hero" and now the Democrats' chief soundbite peddler Debbie Wasserman Schultz has a new look.

Appearing on MSNBC's Andrea Mitchel Reports, the Democratic National Committee chairwoman's signature curly blond perm has been noticeably tamed. "Debbie changed her hair!!" tweeted Politico's Dylan Byers. "So much better," tweeted PolitickGA. She was there to talk about Hilary Rosen and the "war on women" but hashtag recidivist Dave Weigel immediately spawned a new, more timely meme: "#waronperms."
