DC police: Suspects attacked, robbed people who were walking dog

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said that two people attacked and robbed two others while they were walking their dog.

MPD said that the incident happened just after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 7.

The victims were walking their dog in the 800 block of 9th St. NE when the suspects approached them, assaulting them and stealing from one of the victims before running away.

MPD said that surveillance cameras captured images of the two suspects.
