Davinn Bacon voted Greer's Flooring America/C&P Student of the Week

This week's Greer's Flooring America/Courier & Press Student of the Week winner is from Central High School.

Davinn Bacon garnered 67 percent of the nearly 1,200 votes cast at courierpress.com and on the Courier & Press app.

Here's what a Central High School representative said about Bacon in the nomination:

Davinn is an exceptional student who is hard working, strives to do his best each and every day, always has a positive attitude and pushes himself academically. As a senior, he is currently taking three AP/College Credit courses and plans on pursuing a degree in psychology after graduation. Davinn is a member of the Central AVID program and has utilized this experience to help him overcome challenges and explore opportunities available to him. Davinn is a great example of how hard work, strong work ethic and determination can lead to success both academically and personally.
