The UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador takes off his shirt — and his famous tattoos comes to life — in a new film aimed at ending violence against children. His famous ink, depicting special memories for him (including tributes to his wife, Victoria Beckham, and their four kids), gets animated to illustrate how children get their own marks, in the form of lifelong scars, as a result of abuse and violence.

Beckham has been an ambassador for the charity since 2005, and last year helped to launch 7, a fund for children in danger across the globe. During a visit to Cambodia soon after, he said he had heard horrible stories from children about the violence they had experienced.

By all accounts, Beckham is a doting dad to his brood, which includes Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. When he’s not sharing powerful videos like this one, his Instagram feed is filled with fun photos of their adventures together and many loving moments between them.
