Amid a downpour and a massive show of force by police in riot gear, a few protesters in Tampa, Fla., found a funky way to express their displeasure: they danced.

It started with a brief standoff in which police demanded that protesters leave an area they were approaching.

Most huddled under an oak tree in a nearby park.

But a handful began to chant and dance. They threw their arms in the air and ran around in circles, enjoying the rain while police looked on — and everybody got soaked.
