Dale Earnhardt Jr. has no interest in doing 'Dancing With the Stars'
We can cross Dale Earnhardt Jr. off the list of prospective celebrities to participate in the next season of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.”
A report on Hollywood Life said producers on the show had their eyes on Junior and (former) NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
Junior’s tweet in response to the report strongly indicates they can start to look elsewhere.

It would be surprising to see Junior on “Dancing With the Stars” to begin with, let alone in his first season as a retired driver. He and wife Amy are expecting a daughter in May, and do you think he wants to spend the final months of Amy’s pregnancy training for a dance competition and traveling back and forth across the country?
And his contract with NBC may get in the way anyway. Junior will be a race analyst for NBC in 2018. The network has the second half of the Cup schedule and Junior’s first race as an official broadcaster will be at Daytona in July.
