Daily Digit: The majority of millennials plan to vote in midterms

Daily Digit is the story behind the numbers that make our world work. Today we’re looking at the 2018 midterm elections. A new survey shows that 55% of millennials plan to vote in the midterm elections in November. And most plan to vote for a Democratic candidate. Despite voting overwhelmingly Democratic, millennials’ opinions about the party are evenly split. However, less than 3 in 10 millennials favor Republicans. And many millennials say opposition to Trump is the primary factor affecting how they will vote. Who will you be voting for?
