Cyber tip leads to arrest of Wisconsin man for child sexual assault, exploitation

GRAFTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A cyber tip warning for possible child pornography led to the arrest of a southeastern Wisconsin man who allegedly had multiple encounters with a 14-year-old girl he met on social media.

The cyber tip was flagged in late December 2022 by the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.

According to the Village of Grafton Police Department, 25-year-old Samael Torres was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of Child, Child Enticement-Sexual Contact, and two other felonies.
