Cute, little dog rescued from dog fighting bust

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Adi is a cute little dog who was rescued from a dog fighting bust. According to the shelter, she lived most of her life on a chain but she is the best girl ever. Adi is great with other dogs and does the best sploot (legs kicked back like a frog).

Adi had the worst upbringing but she’s ready to leave it behind and be somebody’s best friend. She will need a little work on her house training but she’s eager to please and has the best attitude. She meets everyone with a big smile and will be an amazing dog for some lucky person.

Unfortunately, because she was not well cared for she did test positive for heartworm disease. She is being treated but will be much happier recovering on a couch in her new home so she hopes that it won’t keep someone from falling in love!

She is 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee has been sponsored by Empire Motors of Lansing.  You may also inquire about her by visiting ac.ingham.org or calling 517-676-8370.

Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter is located at 600 Buhl St, Mason MI.
