BOTHELLMcMenamins' long-gestating hotel/resort project will finally break ground this fall. The $25M project will replace Bothell's old, art-deco-style Anderson School with a hotel, restaurant, bars, brewery, theater and a tropical pool area. REDMOND—Minneapolis-based hotel developer CSM paid $7.8M for a development site in Esterra Park that they plan to turn into a hotel. The 28-acre mixed-use project under construction in Redmond is close to Microsoft's campus as well as a future light rail station. [PSBJ]
