Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. We're going high-class today as we look at rentals for $3,000/mo. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

We begin at Metropolitan Tower in Denny Triangle where you can live the penthouse life for $2,975/mo. Only 826 sq. ft. but this 1-BR gives you stunning views of the Seattle skyline and puts you right in the middle of everything. And this is before Amazon moves into the neighborhood. You can bet that rent is gonna go up and up from here.

Next we head over to Capitol Hill where you can get a Live/Work unit in Sunset Electric for $2,995/mo. Designed for LEED Platinum certification, the unit boasts a modern look and feel and drops you right in the middle of things at 11th & Pine. For the artist or small business owner that wants to simplify, this could be your spot.

Want more space? Let's head up to Greenwood where you can get a whole 3-BR townhouse for $3,000/mo. The 2,360 sq. ft. home boasts wall-to-wall carpet, large kitchen with hardwood floors, huge master suite and private outdoor space. Lots of room for a family or trio of roommates to rent out. Perfect for commuters to the North.
