Cumberland Falls hosting spring cleanup

Apr. 11—CUMBERLAND FALLS — Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is hosting a spring cleanup effort this Saturday, April 13.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the cleanup will begin in earnest at 9 a.m. and end at noon.

Registration will be held at the gift shop.

At the event, there will be free lunch, prizes, and awards.

The cleanup is being sponsored by the Outdoor Venture Corporation and United Cumberland Bank.

It is also in partnership with many community institutions, including the Whitley County Fiscal Court, the U.S. Forest Service, and Kentucky Wildlands.

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is located at 7351 Hwy. 90 in Corbin.
