Crystal Bridges offering weeklong kids’ summer camps

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art announced on Thursday Kid’s Summer Camps will be returning, according to a news release.

42 Summer Camps are planned with 23 taking place in June and 19 in July. The weeklong day camps are designed for kids ages four to 14.

Here are the camps that will be offered this summer:

  • Illustration

  • Nature Explorers

  • Printmaking

  • Painting

  • Sketchbooks

Jewel bringing immersive art experience to Crystal Bridges

Ages 8-10

  • Animation

  • Architecture

  • Art and Nature

  • Art in Motion

  • Ceramics

  • Fashion

  • Fiber Arts

  • Garden Club

  • Illustration

  • Nature Explorers

  • Painting

  • Photography

  • Printmaking

  • Trike School of the Magical Arts

Ages 11-13

  • Architecture

Ages 11-14

  • Camp Connect, a weeklong summer day camp program for all children, including those with autism or other disabilities.

Registration for the camps are now open. Tickets for most camps are $190 ($155 for members). Families can reserve their spots by calling Guest Services at 479-657-2335 or visiting the Crystal Bridges website.
