Criminal associate of Kelvin Vickers admits to murder of two city men

Deadrick Fulwiley Tuesday admitted to his role in the July 2022 murders of two city men.

Fulwiley was scheduled to stand trial this week with co-defendant Raheim Robinson.. The two are accused of the fatal shootings of Richard Collinge and MyJel Rand.

Kelvin Vickers Jr. was also convicted at an earlier trial of the murders, and was sentenced this month to multiple sentences of life without parole.

Vickers also fatally shot Rochester Police Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz and wounded the officer's partner, Sino Seng, in an ambush.

Jury selection is scheduled to continue Wednesday for the trial of Robinson.

Fulwiley pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder and a criminal possession of a weapon count. With the plea, he agreed to a sentence of 30 years to life.
