Crescent High School graduates 165, 'bittersweet conclusion to four really special years'
Anderson School District Three's Crescent High School graduated 165 seniors at the school stadium in Iva on Monday, May 20.
Valedictorian Josie Ann Stone spoke to the graduates and the stadium which was filled on both sides.
"It's a very bittersweet conclusion to four really special years," she said. "Whatever lies ahead of us is nothing that we cannot accomplish."
Salutatorian Eli Bishop said, "As we embark on our life journeys, I challenge you to seek the positive in each situation. For every day might not be good, but there's something good in every day. The real world is like a massive group project, sometimes chaotic, sometimes stressful, but always full of opportunities for growth and success. Thank you class of 2024."
