Creep caught on video stalking MTA worker in Brooklyn subway station

A creepy stalker has been showing up at the same Brooklyn subway station to harass an MTA employee who works there, police said Thursday.

The man paid several visits to the 33-year-old woman between April 3 and 11 while she was working on the mezzanine level of the Parkside Avenue Q train station in Prospect Leffert Gardens, cops said.

Cell phone video shows the man walk up to what appears to be a clerk’s both and leer at the woman as he presses his hand against the glass and points at her.

His visits were meant to “intentionally and repeatedly” put the woman in fear for her safety, according to an NYPD statement.

“Stalking transit workers is unacceptable and endangers their safety. Incidents like this are why we appreciate Mayor Adams’ and Police Commissioner (Keechant) Sewell’s commitment to having visibly deployed law enforcement in the subway system keeping riders and MTA workers safe,” MTA spokesman Sean Butler said Thursday.

Police describe the man as about 40 years old, 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds, with a medium build, a dark complexion, brown eyes and short black hair. He wore dark clothing and a black winter hat.

Cops are asking anyone with information about the man to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
