As a deadly blizzard continues to batter the east coast and Mid-Atlantic on Saturday, some people braved the icy conditions to document a storm affecting up to 85 million people.
At least11 states have declared a state of emergencyand more than 9,000 flights have been canceled. Up to 18 inches was expected in certain areas, including New York and Washington.
