I-40 East near Cookeville reopens after crash
PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – All eastbound lanes of I-40 near Cookeville have reopened after a crash involving multiple vehicles closed the interstate.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) said the crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 1 near mile marker 292.

The roadway has since reopened.
