DiBlasi was voted the #1 individual mediator by the Corporate Counsel Best of Survey and for the fourth year in a row, was ranked the Top Mediator in the United States by the 2017 National Law Journal Annual Reader Rankings Survey. For the second year in a row, he was named a National Law Journal Alternative Dispute Resolution Champion, as part of a select group of only 37 nationwide (2017, 2016). Judge DiBlasi was also ranked a Top 10 Mediator in the 2017 New York Law Journal Annual Survey for the eighth consecutive year. Charles J. Messina Genova Burns Charles J Messina is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law & Litigation, Insurance Law, Alcohol & Regulated Products Law, and Construction Law & Litigation Practice Groups and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Group. While Charlie is experienced in all aspects of litigation, he has substantial experience handling insurance and employment defense matters, complex contract and commercial disputes, trademark litigation, professional liability and coverage issues, and construction litigation. In addition, he has developed an expertise with counseling corporations, their executives, and employers with various consumer and employee related disputes. He is experienced at the trial and arbitration level, including AAA arbitration and other forums for alternative dispute resolution.
