Crack Cauliflower Is So Good, You'll Forget You're Eating Vegetables

First, there was crack chicken-the most addicting tenders you could possibly imagine, thanks to the sweet and smoky glaze. Now there's crack cauliflower. Same sauce, just as amazing.

To make the coating, throw your favorite barbecue sauce, some brown sugar and lime juice into a saucepan and simmer. That's it. Except it's everything. The combination is so magical, we had to try it on more than just chicken. So we baked some crispy cauliflower and drowned them in the sauce. You don't even need to like cauliflower to love these sticky florets. Just look at them.

Before you get saucy, get the cauliflower really crispy. The panko creates crunchy crevices to trap the optimum amount of BBQ glaze. You could probably go the frying route, but it's really not necessary. Baking it will make you feel better about polishing off a whole head of crack cauliflower by yourself. This is bound to happen.

Now that you know that this dangerously addicting veggie snack exists, it's time to get cracking. The only thing that can make it better is ranch dressing, because ranch is crack too. Before you bake a batch, you might want to invite friends over. But maybe not.
