Costco plans to open new location in Riverbank

(FOX40.COM) — Costco is expected to open a new location in Riverbank nearly a year after it was announced.

The opening is scheduled to happen sometime in June 2024, according to the company’s website. The new Costco is reportedly going to be located near the Crossroads Regional Shopping Center.

It will be the third Costco location in Stanislaus County, with the other stores in Modesto and Turlock.

Kura Sushi to open second location in the Sacramento region

Costco is planning to open a location in Loomis on May 23 at 4101 Sierra College Boulevard. The Loomis location will not have a gas station but will offer a tire service center, pharmacy, optical department and food court.

Another Roseville location is being planned with an anticipated groundbreaking in 2024 and an estimated 2025 opening date.

The newest Costco in the Sacramento region opened in Natomas with a packed crowd on March 14. The Natomas Costco is located on the south side of Arena Boulevard between East Commerce Way and Interstate 5.

The Natomas location includes many amenities found at other stores but does not include a gas station.
