Coroner identifies man killed in single-vehicle crash on East Lerdo Hwy
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man who was killed in a single-vehicle crash on East Lerdo Highway on Friday, April 12.
Coroner officials say Tabass Zebadee Grandison-Mendoza, 51, of Shafter was the driver of a vehicle that was traveling on East Lerdo highway near North Cherry Avenue.

Grandison-Mendoza’s vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree around 2 a.m. on Friday. He was pronounced dead at the scene due to his injuries, according to the coroner’s office.
