Coroner ID’s man stabbed, killed in east Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man who was stabbed in east Bakersfield and died hours later at the hospital.

Coroner officials say Terrace Clark, 55, of Bakersfield, was stabbed in the 500 block of Dolores Street on Tuesday and taken to Kern Medical where he was pronounced dead hours later.

Man gets 18-month jail term for transporting fentanyl

Jeremy Roberts, 37, was arrested on suspicion of murder, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.

Roberts is scheduled to appear in court Thursday afternoon for arraignment.
